“Feminine Energy”

“So it was that, as they sat there watching the fire, the friends were alive to the feminine, maternal qualities of creation. The fire itself, softly glowing and sending out regular crackles and crunching sounds, seemed in its emitted warmth to be wrapping them round with a protective blanket. The moon, nearly full now, had moved to the left of Courthouse Butte. It resembled a gigantic eye peeping over the horizon, curious to see what was happening on earth. It, too, gave the friends the sensation of careful watching, of a Great Mother keeping an eye out for them.”

Richard Maddox

Richard Dietrich Maddox's writing focuses on the search for permanent happiness, the goal of finding paradise on earth, the attainment of human Enlightenment. His work, though fiction, attempts to convey the profound spiritual Truth passed on to humanity by Enlightened Masters. Maddox approaches spiritual wisdom from a Western level of experience, presenting characters to whom readers can easily relate, offering situations in which readers might well have found themselves. His work offers, in a style which those living in the West will find understandable, the possibility of blissful existence.
