“God All Around Us”

“As corroboration of her claims about God, Ma now extended her arm and moved it from right to left, indicating the scenery: the reflective pond, the massive banyan tree, the cluster of smaller trees, the undulations of the grassy land stretching out before them, and the blinding brilliance of the sun. As the visitors followed her revealing hand, they experienced a surge of heart-pressing love for all that they witnessed. The water spoke to them of its life-sustaining gift. The banyan tree reminded them of the vision of God they had seen inside it. The younger trees told of growth potential and youth’s joy of life. The waves of the grass seemed like so many gentle caresses of a mother’s nurturing hand. And the sun stunned them with its evocation of the power and glory of omnipotent God.”
