“The Rishi”

“Though actually at some distance, the Rishi held up his arm, palm turned down, and acted on the crown of my head as if he were seated right next to me. His hand exerted a powerful magnetic pull on my soul, as it fought to make its way out of the crown chakra and into the Infinite. I saw lights of various colors racing up and down previously hidden pathways in my body; small explosions sounded; celestial music played briefly before suddenly ending. My temperature flew from boiling hot to frigid cold.  My muscles would feel hard as rock and then turn into watery mush.  At one moment, my head would seem to exist without my trunk. At the next, all my appendages were gone and I was solely an electric highway of subtle energy. I turned into a tube of light, a hollow cylinder in which millions of glowing particles rose upward. I had the strange sensation of floating up from the depths of my own body. All these particles ascended to the spot just below where I felt the Rishi’s hands. There they solidified into a violet stone, which grew brighter and brighter as more of the particles reached it.”
