“Shankara”

Excerpt from “Osi and Isi: A Tale of Twin Flames”: “The white shaft of light first beamed down through the opening at the top of the cave. It then got transformed into an immaculate lotus flower. Atop the flower, a shape began to come into focus. Shankara! He was seated in full-lotus position, wearing strands of rudraksha beads, carrying a slender staff in his right hand. His forehead bore three stripes of sandalwood paste, and his head was covered by a saffron cloth. His chest was bare, and he wore a dhoti the same color as his head scarf. Shankara’s face was so brightly illuminated from within that it looked almost transparent. His mouth was shapely and small, his nose narrow and well-carved. The sage’s dark brows were prominent and his eyes piercing.”
