“The First Sight”
Excerpt from “Osi and Isi: A Tale of Twin Flames”: “Osi, from his perch on the high rock was taking in this wondrous dance in a state of suspended animation. He was barely breathing. Such an overwhelming sense of gratitude and peace had descended on his soul that he felt himself as privileged as one who is granted a glimpse of a divine goddess. His mouth fell open when he saw the eight white dolphins breaching the water, just as they had in his meditative vision. As Isi danced, the trees and bushes around Osi moved in time with the ocean ballerina’s steps and gestures. Her arm moved to the left and her hand fluttered. The branches in Osi’s line of sight bent left and then shivered. The dancer stooped down, and the long grasses bent at the waist. The balletic girl spun round on her axis, and the leaves of a bush responded as if caught in a tiny tornado. As Osi settled down from his initial excitement, as he sank into a deeply calm state of awareness, he noticed that a pair of baby-blue wings fashioned from light floated on the dancer’s back. “Maybe,” he mused, “she’s not human. Maybe she’s an angel.” But before he could be disappointed by this possibility, which would deny him the chance to establish a genuine relationship with the girl, she turned in his direction and smiled with such soulful joy that he could not even imagine her to be other than human.”
